Our History
Founders Herb and Ruth Jablonka
Edwin and Ruth Jablonka of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, founded Glenroy, Inc. with only three employees. They named the company after their two sons—Glen and Roy—and began their mission to provide superior quality products with exceptional lead times and unmatched service.
Through word-of-mouth, Glenroy built a reputation in the packaging industry for producing reliable flexible packaging that performs consistently.
Today, Glenroy has nearly 200 employees and 226,000 square feet of facilities in southeast Wisconsin. In an industry that is characterized by mergers and massive corporations, we are proud to remain family-owned.
We continually invest in our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and our highly skilled production force to uphold our standards of quality. Our high-quality products and services have earned the company more than 80 supplier and package printing awards.
Sustainability Initiatives

We are proud to play a key role in helping our customers achieve sustainability goals.
Environmental benefits of flexible packaging are package minimization, waste reduction, and reduced energy consumption. A product that replaces rigid packaging with lightweight flexible packaging consumes less energy in the manufacturing process and offers significant energy savings in the transportation process.
For decades, we have been dedicated to preserving the environment through emissions reductions, energy conservation, and waste reduction. We strive to ensure that our manufacturing operations have as little impact as possible on the environment.
In addition, we’re currently working to develop flexible packaging structures that include materials made from renewable resources.
